Gone are the days of shoe boxes of receipts and mountains of data entry. We are here to guide you through the process  of recording your income and expenditure, making it easier for you, while also maximising your financial benefits and meeting reporting requirements.
 

Complimentary, Discounted and Packaged Subscriptions

 

As part of our service we offer a complimentary three month subscription to Receipt Bank for all of our clients (including those who sign up for an Initial Consultation) as well as significant and ongoing discounts to Receipt Bank after this three month period. We also set you up with a special chart of accounts specifically tailored to family day care at no extra cost.

 

Receipt Bank has an extensive and free help library and support pages. If any additional bookkeeping and accounting support is needed, limited support is included in our fees, or more specialised and individual help is available for a small extra fee.
 

 

Initial Consultation and Bookkeeping Clients

  • Access our base "Software and Bookkeeping Package" for $12 a month* which includes a Receipt Bank subscription as well access to discounts on other software packages including QuickBooks, Xero, Easy Cashbook and FDC Cashbook.

 

There is no requirement to use our taxation service after your Initial Consultation. If you wish to invite your own accountant or outside bookkeeper to access your Receipt Bank account you may. You will continue to receive access to this service and subscription as long as you continue subscribing to our base "Software and Bookkeeping Package"*.

 

FDC Tax Clients

 

  • Free initial three months subscription to Receipt Bank including Receipt Bank FDC setup

  • Access our base "Software and Bookkeeping Package" for $10 a month* which includes a Receipt Bank subscription PLUS even greater discounts on other software packages including QuickBooks, Xero, Easy Cashbook and FDC Cashbook. These "Software and Bookkeeping Packages" can be included and packaged into your regular accounting fees 
     

 

 

** Prices and feature availability are subject to change in accordance with Receipt Bank’s retail and other software partner pricing plans, as well as general terms and conditions. The "Software and Bookkeeping Package" is an annual service and requires a commitment of 9 months in the first financial year, then 12 months for each subsequent year you choose to continue your subscription.

Receipt Bank allows you to take a picture of receipts with your phone and all your invoice and expense data will be entered for you automatically. This includes supplier name, total amount paid,  GST and even the card or account used to pay the amount. You can even setup supplier rules so it automatically allocates your expenses to the correct expense type or category.

 

Receipt Bank also integrates with Quickbooks, Xero and a number of third party accounting systems for matching with bank and credit card statements.

With these features we think this is an essential for family day care educators.

QuickBooks is accounting software mainly geared toward small and medium-sized businesses. It integrates with Receipt Bank and is economically priced, making it a great option for family day care educators. It imports all of your receipt and expense information from Receipt Bank, as well as all Bank and Credit Card Statement information for you to match up with your receipts and expense information.

 

QuickBooks allows you to issue invoices and receipts. It also has its own Smart Phone App for issuing invoices, recording car mileage and has limited receipt capturing technology.

Xero offers many of the features of QuickBooks. It is accounting software  geared toward small and medium-sized businesses. It integrates with Receipt-Bank, importing all of your receipt and expense information from Receipt Bank, as well as all Bank and Credit Card Statement information for you to match up with your receipts and expense information.

 

As a professional partner we offer on-going discounts of up to 50% to our bookkeeping or non-tax return service clients, and 75% discount to educators who utilise all of our tax and accounting services

As a professional partner we are able to offer Xero at a discounted price to the RRP to our non service customers.
